Levi’s “Mirror Mirror” Denim Tour
Across 10 college campuses.
Associate Producer: My role included assisting the Executive Producer on:
Pop-Up Studio Design, Vendor Management, Pre-planning Tour Logistics for all 21 city site locations, Permits, Photography, Local Marketing, Budget, Event Staffing + Management, On-Site Event/Production Manager & Weekly Event Reports with KPI’s.
Levi’s Pop-Up Shop
The two, large-scale custom touring studio sets included denim for all shapes & sizes, with denim “experts” assisting with fitting alongside a hair braiding bar, make-overs, a DJ, photo booth & take-aways like candy & nail polish.
All participants cast their vote on a scholarship donation from Levi’s for Academics, Arts or Athletics. It was truly a feel good campaign!
